who is here and what do you shoot with?
Hey everyone! I was curious what everyone was shooting with. we have been on a strict budget at my house but I did get a Canon Rebel XT a little over a year ago. I love it even though there are many newer options out there. I bought mine preloved and never had any regrets!

I have a Nikon D70 that I also bought preloved and I love it even if it's not the latest and greatest. A lot of my husband's co-workers do have the latest and greatest but it doesn't make their pictures look better than mine.

I don't have a fancy camera, it's a Kodak EasyShare c813. It does what I need it to do & that's take pictures of the grandkids. I use Picasa to upload & edit all of my pictures. It's a great freebie and I can save my pics to albums in cyberspace.

I have a pentax K110D... And a Rebel XT, but I hate that one. Hubby uses it a lot more than I do. They are both older cameras, but they both get the job done.

I bought an entire professional set up at a yard sale. It's film, not digital though. I have 5 lenses, cases, lights, backdrops, 2 cameras, tripods, and more. Total cost was $45 - as everyone is going digital now.

For my "milestone" birthday, my DH bought me a Nikon D5000. Oh I LOVE that thing!
It is my first digital camera (I still have a film Canon Rebel), and I love the ability to take a ton of pics, and delete as needed! I am a scrapbooker, so just since November, I am swimming in pictures. I know I will NEVER run out of pictures to scrapbook!
Bought my new oven 1/08 and loving it!

I have a Canon PowerShot A2000 IS. I absolutely love it. I use it for all of my blog photos.
Dh has a much better, fancier camera, and I'll admit, it does take better photos, but for my purposes, my little guy can go in my purse and with me everywhere, which is really what I needed.
I'm still learning all of the features and figuring out the settings, but I love it a lot.

Would love a DSLR however its (1) not in my budget and (2) not really needed here as much as I love borrowing my friends etc. I have an Olympus point and shoot and it does the job. It is older and probably has taken more trips then I but still is the old faithful. Though I have been eyeballing newer versions of point and shoot models.
