    Wink Impossible Coconut Pie

    Impossible Coconut Pie


    Recipe Description
    Easy-peasy, & delish! No crust..
    Preparation Steps:
    9" pie pan sprayed
    preheat oven 350*
    I used Aldi's baking mix.
    Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:
    Bake 50-55 min
    Ingredients:
    1c coconut
    3/4c sugar
    1/2c Bisquick
    1/4c softened butter
    2c milk
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    4 eggs
    Serves:
    6
    Directions:
    1. I melted butter in large-enuff microwave bowl
    2. Added everything else to bowl, eggs being last
    3. I used a hand mixer..clean off beaters after mixing..
    Bake till golden brown or knife in center comes out clean..
    Refrig leftovers..
    ps..I sprinkled nutmeg on top before baking. Just 'cuz I like it!

    It's good, but it's actually more like a custard than a pie. We thought it was best served warm.

    Impossibly Easy pies are best baked in cast iron.

    Nutmeg sounds perfect to top this off. Thanks for the tip!
