    Smile Mile High Blueberry Pie

    Mile High Blueberry Pie


    Recipe Description
    Great way to get lots of good for you blueberries!
    Preparation Steps:
    I've used splenda with no problem, I increased
    cornstarch just a tad. I make with homemade
    whipped cream, but you can use coolwhip.
    Level of Difficulty:
    Easy
    Time Needed:Ingredients:
    1 baked pie shell
    8 c. blueberries
    2 c. sugar
    6 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 tbsp. butter

    Whipped cream
    Serves:Directions:
    Cook 4 cups blueberries with sugar, salt,
    cornstarch and water over medium heat until
    thickened. Remove from heat, add butter and cool.
    Put remaining 4 cups berries in baked pie shell
    and pour sauce over all. Top with whipped cream.
