Had a slight worry last weekend (kind of long)
Last weekend was nerve racking for me, which is why I wasn't around alot.
Any of you every had, or know someone with a Cervical Polyp. Well, I do have one and let me tell you last week it about sent me to the looney bin. When I went for my first Dr.s appointment with this pregnancy my OB told me I had one and that there was nothing to worry about, but that I could have some intermitten spotting or bleeding. He was right, last Saturday & Sunday (my b-day non the less) I had some spotting but no pain. I didn't tell my mom while they were up for my b-day but I did tell Joe. He told me he was sure everything was fine that the Dr. said it could happen and unless there was a lot or I was in pain I would be fine. He also reminded me that I did the same thing with Paige and it was worse with her than it was with this one. So Saturday after the parents and stepsister left I propped up my feet laid down and never left the sofa....lol) I thought about going to the Dr. on Sunday if it was still going on but really didn't want to spend my b-day in the ER if I was going to hear bad news about the baby, so I called Monday morning and the worked me in (My appointment was suppose to be Wed, but for the life of me, even though the spotting had stopped I couldn't wait 2 more day's.)
I was a nervouse wreck waiting in the lobby and then again in the back office waiting area.
My nerves were put to ease when I finally got to the ultrasound room and saw the little one and heard the heart beat. (It was a lot quicker this time then on my first visit, 171) First trip to the Dr. it was 141 which the ultra sound tech said was low, but she thought the baby was just being lazy since it was first thing in the morning (then again Paige did all her moving at night while I was trying to sleep so why would this one be any different....lol)
Anyway, the spotting eventually stopped and I got to cancel this past Wed. appointment. I go back on the 17th of Sept, but they told me if I had anymore spotting to come on in sooner. While it probably wouldn't be a problem the stress and anxiety I would put on myself could be.

Here is the latest ultra sound picture. I still find it amazing that it went from looking like a bean to looking like a little person over the last 3 1/2 weeks....lol

Congratulations KKCondrey (and to you also keillili).
I am glad that this was not serious and that all is okay. It also sounds like you have a great boss who is concerned for your health rather than giving your the dirty eyeball for needing to leave work early.
