Had my IUD out today....
... wasn't as bad as I thought. They had to trim the strings after they put it in, so instead of the normal visit to pull it out, they had to go in with a camera to find it, but it didn't take as long or hurt as much as they said it might (it was apparently really easy to find).
So - the doctor said hopefully we'll see you back in 3 to 6 months for prenatal care :-) Kind of looking forward to it! I find it's a little different emotionally this time around to be thinking about it (I already have one child).Loving wife to DH (8/31/03) and Mommy to Owen Alexander (9/20/06) and Oliver Andrew (5/25/12)

Good Luck! I hope you get pregnant quickly.
I had my IUD removed in August. We had to wait until after the following months cycle to start TTC. We got pregnant our 2nd month of trying. I am now 17 weeks pregnant with baby #3.
