    Default exercise program?

    How many of you who are pregnant or have already had children kept up with a good exercise program. I get on the treadmill or the EFX machine at the gym 3-4 times a week and do arm and leg exercises.

    Sometimes I get lazy but I try to keep it up. I'm also think about starting pilates for pregnancy. Has anyone tried that?

    I am probably the worst person to answer this. LOL. I tried yoga...didn't stick with it. My belly is so big i cant fit into the recumbent bike, even all the way back because then i can't reach the pedals. So I havent' stuck with anything at all.

    Have you tried walking Missy? I've heard that helps too.

    I work out with home videos. I haven't been consistent recently but was for quite a while (after DS was born) and lost 15 pounds. I'm trying to walk right now as morning sickness is kicking me hard.
