anybody have their babies yet?

There were several other FVers on here who were due before me - just wondering if anyone has had their little bundles of joy??? (we know Benjamin Maxwell Edward came a couple weeks ago - congrats again littlemotherhaywood!! )


I'm 37 weeks and ready for this kid to be born!! So hard dealing with a 14 month old when you're huge!! LOL. Bending down just doesn't work well. I had to go out and buy a dustpan that has a handle because otherwise I can't sweep anymore... or at least that's what I told DH.. LOL. My belly just gets in the way. Can't sleep at night - soooo uncomfortable. Many of you know how it is that last month.

Dh's grandparents are headed back to Florida Thursday so I was hoping he would come early before they left, but that probably won't happen now. I wish they weren't going until next month. We will be taking lots of video of the kids and putting them on cd to send down to them. Along with a million pics I'm sure.

I think we've pretty much decided on naming this baby Alexander Monroe (Monroe was Dh's grandpa's middle name). Though, I'm still not 100% sold on it yet. Being a big Superman / Smallville fan, I still have the inclination to think Lex when I hear the name Alexander. LOL,. But we will probably call him Alex.

We have everything waiting... even stocked up on diapers - for both little ones. I had so many Luvs coupons that expired at the end of the month that I had to use those up. And Target has an awesome deal this week. With pampers and huggies for 8.49 and when you buy 3 you get $5 gift card. I of course also have $1.50 coupons so that would make them an AWESOME deal. We have the diapers stocked under our bed - don't know what we'll do with them once that's full!!! LOL.

I've been stocking up on everything (bath stuff, household stuff, etc). My goal is not to have to go buy anything except groceries for the next 2 months at least. It will be hard enough to even do that with a newborn and a 14 month old. I think they will stay home with dad... LOL. yeah.. riiiiiight.. Dh is great but I don't think he could handle both of them even for a short time.

Well ... off to bed to TRY and get some sleep (sick of sleeping on my side LOL). Oh and trying to control the heartburn... UUUGGGHHH>>> Dh jokes that we should have invested in the comp that makes Tums.. LOL>

Im still here and still pregnant LOL, Its my Due date today so I hope I go soon!! I have been nesting insanely the last day - nothing in this house is safe from being cleaned LOL
