I'm actually at a point where I'd rather NOT spend money on TP, if my money is going to run out, I'd rather have spent it on food than TP. I wait til the TP is about to run out before buying more. However, I should add that TP doesn't go on sale or have coupons here, so I just get the generic really cheap brand. We do have a rationing system.

Actually water is really cheap here - the water bill is high but it's all set fees and taxes, the water consumption is really cheap, so we mostly just wash after #2. Sorry if TMI but it actually saves money, unbelievably. Our water consumption for 2 months cost €3.70. I run the dishwasher daily plus we have a washing machine, I'm always cooking, and of course we shower and flush the toilet - so probably only around €0.30/month is actually going toward "bidet" water.

Sorry if TMI ... just my take since we're in a S-about to-HTF situation ATM.
I didn't realize that Greece is THAT close to a SHTF situation!! WOW!!! I am glad you have a plan!
    Step 1 $207/1500
Step 2 Student loan $160.00 monthly
    Schewels paid
    Step 3 $252/$15000
    Step 4
Step 5 1 child in college graduates 12/12
    2 child $50.00
    Step 6 $70,761/$93,000
Step 7 Build wealth & give.

well if shtf we will be without elect.and in most places water-i grew up in 40-50s and we had outhouses. when we ran out of tp we lol used a sears catalog and thinking on that what about -again lol what about phone books they are free for the taking and the pages are really thin-if i have to i'll put a outhouse up-also you can stockpile napkins too like the ones that the fast food use. they are packed in square packs and will be able to store in totes better without wasted space-just my thoughts-hugs everyone
its better to have and not need than need and not have

I store mine in the top of my bathroom closet. It's a very tall shelf that goes from about a foot below the top of the closet door all the way to the ceiling so I can cram a whole years worth up top. I prepped up both food and household items to the levels I was aiming for at the same time. Toiletries a year and food 3 years (I'm at about 3.5 now)
