Contingency plans at work?
I'm one of three afterschool coordinators in my school district. We depend on (mostly) volunteers for homework help, we also have 2-3 workshop presentors each day. If one, or more, of my staff are absent, I usually can cover. But, my director is facing two possible long-time absences of site-coordinators (not me) and I'm wondering what'll happen.
Does your place of work have anything in place for back-up, emergency staff? Just wondering, and hoping to get ideas we can implement.Vermont has two seasons: Wintah and the Fourth of July.
