another good article. I was amazed during the Y2K scare, just what people were using for food storage. Quite unsafe, things like non food safe plastic (lining trash cans with garbage bags which are made with heavy metals that leach into food) or storing wheat in laundry detergent buckets, which lends a terrible detergent flavour to the grain making the flour inedible.
