I lived next door to the provincial emergency program (the ones who wrote that list) building in victoria several years ago. We had a freak blizzard and the wall of the PEP was quite high... the snow drifted onto their wall and snowed me in! I thought it ironic.....

2009 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Get a job.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
