I have no idea what tilapia is but your list looks great. I bet your cat is smiling.

Kim, a side note on your stocking up, do you have a generator? I don't think you are that far from us, we are in Bartow and bought a gen. after Charlie, we also have a window ac. So our gen. can run our fride(26cf), laptop, our tv. Ours has a 6 gallon tank and with these can run on that 12 hours, less if you hook up more, more if you hook up less.
Sorry this is off topic but, it is good to have a gen. on hand, cheaper than having to replenish it.

We actually have two generators. We don't have a window unit a/c yet. One of those things dh keeps saying he's going to get and hasn't yet. We are on well water so it takes a lot out of the generator to run the pump system involved along with the fridge, freezer, some lights, and last year we alternated out the coffee maker (a must for dh) and microwave). We got the second generator this year so we could run a window unit a/c and a few other things if necessary.

You are about 106 miles from me (driving distance). I am right smack on the coast.

Kim, I know ours is able to handle a good amount it just would use more gas. I can't remember what it is thoiugh but I think it was under$600. We also have a gas grill with a side burner on it so noodles or the like can go on it. Our ac also was about $100, it works good just not for the whole house.
My parents are also on a well for water and I think theirs may be just slightly "bigger" than ours to run what the same as us but also the well. I think it runs for about the same length of time though.
Ours would run more but use gas faster so, we try to "limit" the load.

I think you have doen very well though with your "stocking" up, along with the other ladies!
