Question Are you stocking up on chicken?

In light of the bird flu spreading, are you stocking up on chicken now? The Foster Farms chicken breast for B1G1 this week. I am thinking about getting a bunch. Would you? Are you?

nope, I cook them well. Bird flu isn't passed thru eating cooked meat, and I'm pretty careful already how I handle raw chicken due to salmonella.

The few cases seem to happen when people are living in close quarters with their sick chickens.

Nope the only way I'd stock up on chicken is if it went on sale at a good loss leader.

No because it hasn't been on sale for a good price.

Chicken is one of the most expensive meats here, so no, I haven't stocked up, and I won't unless I find a good deal

Not here, either. I can get it for !.99 every other week or so, but I don't eat a whole lot.

Since I've read it isn't spread through cooked meat, I probably won't either, other than my typical pre-barbecue season stock-up when it is on sale.

I'll just do without if it becomes an issue. We like beans.
