I'm not in a panic over it, but I think it's prudent to be aware of the situation and plan accordingly.
I prep as a rule anyway, so I just added a few things in case it's Avian flu we're dealing with.

I am very concerned and I think a lot of that is because I don't understand some of what I am reading, there is so much info out there........I think once I have a complete understanding of it I will feel a little better! I am prepping though.......I am a "prepper" anyway but I am stepping it up a bit for this!

I have aviary birds, so I'm keeping an eye on its progress, more for their sake than for mine. My birds are all indoors, though, with no contact with the outside birds. I *do* have outdoor bird feeders, but I am pretty careful about washing off in between handling outdoor bird stuff (including chickens and their eggs) and indoor birds.

I don't "worry" about it but I have thought it prudent to have a fully stocked pantry. I include my small extended family who also stay pretty well stocked up.

I am concerned about it, but I think my family is well protected by the special supplement we take. I don't think the public is aware enough of what this really could lead two. It's only a couple of mutations away from going human to human. Now that could take a matter of days or years. There are a lot of unknowns, but I believe it is time for a big pandemic of this caliber to occur. I think a lot of experts are holding back so as not to cause mass alarm. I also think a lot of people have their head in the sand. A couple of research analysts that I know have shared some very scary information, but that hasn't changed the way I act or live my life. If it comes, I'm going to be prepared. If it doesn't come, I'm going to count my blessings.

I'm not worried, but I stock my pantry for any "just in case" situation.

I'm a little concerned but I think a lot of the hype is to keep our minds off of our real problems. I try to keep a fairly well stocked pantry and have some prep supplies on hand anyway. I did find a dead bird on my porch yesterday and will handle it carefully when disposing of it.

This might sound stupid- but what does having a fully stocked pantry have to do with the Avian Flu?
