    I don't know about manufacturer's printed coupons (we don't have Kroger). But just looking on their website, they offer Kroger printable coupons.

    I live in KS where we have Dillons, which is a Kroger store.

    Mine does. It's Smith's here. The first time I used them they asked the manager, but ever since then it's been fine.
