Thank you all for telling me about this. I think I'll call my friend this week and get started on it.
Now if I DOOO get pregnant you all will be seeing me on Oprah in about 9 months. LOL I had cancer and had a total hysterectomy 3 1/2 years ago.

I always hear great things about the core plan.
I just walked into the clinic and bought the books and kit or whatever it is.(this was several years ago)I like the one about eating out.

I also love WW. I've been back on track for 3 weeks now and I already just feel better. I love being able to eat whatever I want as long as I have the points. For me, it's portions. I love food and just cannot eat like I did when I was younger!
Even when I fall off the wagon, I know that this program works for me, I just need to "do it." It always works and I always feel better.

Actually, I used to work for them years back. It's a great program and one you can use for life. I know the program well so if you need any help, pm me and I'll do what I can to help.

I have not read the rest, but just had to add... my 9 and 7 year olds came about after I was on WW and lost about 20-30 lbs. HE HE HE
Now, I love WW and it works... as long as you stay on it. It really needs to be a "way of life"...and lately I have just not be "on" like I should be. But I am still lighter than I was when I started, so I am still ahead of the game.
I just started back last week, and am really trying to get back on course with small changes.

Well I'm glad that we could help. I really enjoy the program, and I thought it was funny that I would always meet random people out in public who were in the program as well.

I lost over 80 lbs. 2 years ago using WW, at first points then core. It took a long time, but it needed to for me to adjust to my new body. I haven't kept it all off, but because I made the choice to allow myself to eat emotionally. I would recommend the plan to anyone though, and they gave me the skills to get back on track when I'm ready.

Thanks everyone. I just got on ebay and ordered this so hopefully I can start soon. I can't exercise just yet because of an injury but maybe I can get started dieting. My family is onboard too and we are going to do this together.

When I was 22 I went to WW for the first time and lost 102 lbs. It took me a little over 12 months. Then I found out I was pregnant-gained 103lbs back..my baby was 6lbs 11 oz. I was huge, but also very toxic. I ended up losing 78lbs pretty quick once all the fluid got out of my system...then my weight was steady for 3 years till I got pregnant again..the second time I gained 89lbs. I'm sure it didn't have anything to do with the frozen REECE cups and sticks of pepperoni that I was craving..
(oh btw-the second baby was 9lbs 8oz and I lost 93lbs after I had her!)..now my diabetes and "fluffy" status has me back counting points for my daughter's wedding in October-so far I'm down 31lbs in the past 5 months..still ALOT more to go though.
