Question homemade bulk hot cocoa mix?

My son likes the packets of swiss miss or any of those other brands and I wanted to know if anyone has a bulk recipe that tastes the same that I can put in a big jar and use instead.

I had a recipe that used Nestles Quik, powdered milk, creamer & powdered suger. It was great, but I lost the recipe. I also would like to see what recipes other readers have.
