I am a leader by nature but grew up in a family of leaders so I learned to be a follower too. We couldn't ALL run the house. I learned to choose where I best fit that leadership role. I will take a back seat as long as the "leader" is competent by MY standards. If they're not I will step up and generally down they go. At home I am definately leader. As I've come into adulthod I've also taken over the matriarch role for the extended family. At work I choose to stay in a middle management of authority type role. Me/My postion hold enough respect/authority that I can actively step up against poor upper management but is still low enough that I don't HAVE to worry about all the buerocratic bull unless I want to and can spend my time focused on "the work".
As long as a rule makes sense I will generally follow it. I don't even necessarily have to agree with it. I just need to agree with the logic behind it. If I can't fllow the logic, if it ddoesn't make sense, FOR-GHEAD-ABOW-DIT, it's over, I'll openly defy it to prove its ridiculousness. Where is if I simply disagree I argue it but follow it.

A follower and a rule keeper---
EXCEPT sometimes I like to do a little passive-aggressive thing and not follow rules I think are stupid, or have stupid people enforcing them for stupid reasons.______

I am a Leo...a serious leader. I could not follow if I had to.
I am more of a rule breaker. I like to buck the system, push the envelop and think outside of the box.DD (19)

I am a leader and a rule follower weather it is the rule of law or my own personal rules of life.

I'm a leader. Have to fight that at home because I have to let DH be HOH.
I'm more of a rule get-arounder. I will push things to the limit through interpretation and imagination. (my own)

Leader (even when I only seem to be leading myself)
Are you more of a rule breaker or a rule keeper?

2 More Questionsthen I"ll Be Quiet For The Night
Mostly a follower, but have stepped to lead at various times.
Definitely a rule follower, unless I think it's wrong or stupid; then I may play with it a bit.

Reluctant leader. I'd much rather be a follower, but people keep asking me to be the head, be the chair, be the leader, be the teacher. I feel that God has given me the ability to teach, which more or less makes me a leader. (I like to be the guide on the side, not the sage on the stage). But my tendency is to sit back quietly.
Rule keeper. I do a lot of questioning and exploring of rules, but for the most part I feel that my role in a civil society is to keep the rules. There are always exceptions, but we have channels in which to amend the rules.Spiritual:
"You are fearfully and wonderfully made." Please... respect life.
Financial:
Debt free, hoping to stay that way!
