follower (although I always use the term that I am an Indian and not a chief)

Rule Keeper...unless they are what I perceive to be a "stupid" rule, then I'll break it just to spite ya!...I'd probably get myself in trouble here if I gave examples!!Last edited by IntlMom; 07-24-2008 at 06:41 PM.

I'm a leader and a rule breaker. If I don't like something, I do my part to change it, even if that means breaking a few rules and ruffling some feathers in the process.

I am a leader, always have been, passed that trait onto dd, not ds. I am a rule follower for some things, but other things I break the rules. Does that make sense?! hehe.
I follow rules for my daycare and state and all that. I break rules by not wearing seatbelt all time, and things like that. I do not steal from stores. LOL

Follower, though I have had "leader" jobs. I functioned, but seriously disliked them. I have a supervisory job now, but its a shift where no one is around watching me supervise, so we have more of a concensus/cooperation ethos. I tell them to just be mature, responsible, and do their jobs - they know what they have to do. (They're college students.) It's relaxed and seems to work for all of us.
Definitely a rule keeper, at least for the most part. If I disagree with a rule, I'll do it if I must, but often just quietly work around it. I would never make a fuss. Of course, if it is a rule that I consider morally wrong, that's another matter.Last edited by dcompton; 07-24-2008 at 09:01 PM.

Leader
Are you more of a rule breaker or a rule keeper?
I’m mostly a rule breaker. I do believe some rules are necessary but there is a huge gray area. I have seen so much abuse of rules in various situations throughout my life that I tend to rebel against rules a lot.

Depends - I'm a control freak, so I'm a leader HOWEVER, when it comes to certain things where I don't want to the only one standing on a mountain - I'll follow.

I am a rule BENDER. In my world there isn't black and white --- there is a lot of room for grey.

I'm not a follower but I'm not really a leader either! I guess with family I'm a leader otherwise I'm just happy in the middle!
Same goes for rules, I'm more a rule keeper but I have my moments and can break the rules too!

I'm a leader most of the time - BUT I will follow if I am sick or having other issues.
Rule Keeper. However, if the rule is stupid, I just might break it.

Rule keeper. Be it the law or anything else I simply think they are there for a reason and it would be disrespectful to not obey them.Last edited by Mamaof2rugrats; 07-25-2008 at 09:44 AM.

I'm both a leader and a follower ~ it depends on the situation! lol
I usually follow, but if I need to step up, I will.
I'm definitely a rule keeper.
