Default Extending muffin / cupcake liners

I use the foil liners for muffins / cupcakes. They are separated with paper dividers that look just like the paper liners they sell for baking. (Without the fancy print design) The pack says to discard the paper and use the foil. I wonder if it is safe to use the paper liners? Anyone try it?

I just always buy the paper ones to begin with. They are cheaper. Plus in my experience, there are more in the package!

I use the paper one's too.

Don't bother get the silicone cupcake liners. You can't get the cupcake out with out breaking the cake apart. Waste of money.

Rats! I wanted the silicone ones also. I have used the paper dividers before, they are pretty much the same as buying the regular paper liners.

we use the foil ones at work. We also use the paper that seperates them. They are fine to use, but we have discovered that you should not mix them in your muffin tin. The foil ones bake a little faster and if you have paper ones in there with them, they will burn.
