    I'd make beef stroganoff by slicing the beef, adding broth, sour cream, worchestersire sauce & cooked mushrooms & onions and serving on egg noodles.

    Soup - cut the meat up and toss the soup and meat in a pot, add in some water and some potatoes and veggies

    casserole - if you a lot of gravy, dice up potatoes or cook up some noodles and dice up the meat. Mix everything all together.

    I vote for Darlene's idea- that sounds wonderful!

    Before I read that, I was going to say that I'd do beef & noodles... chop up the beef, add some beef broth & mushrooms, and stir in with noodles.

    Beef stroganoff
    Beef and noodles
    Beef pot pie
    Rinse off the meat, chop up and add BBQ sauce or use as a base for chili
