    Default I can't find a couple challenges...

Where is the project a month challenge and also, is there a real 'Get your business up and started challenge' and where is it if there is.
    TIA

I'll try and find them. All challenges should be in this forum. If they're in other forums, I'll move them here. I know some overlap and could be in other forums, too. But it's hard to find them if they're not in the challenge forum when there are so many of them.

Also individual member challenges are great, but they really are better suited for the frugal village blogs if they aren't a group member challenge. Basically, there shouldn't be 500 frugal challenges. There should be one thread for the group. Or broken down weekly for everyone to participate.

I never know where to put them, because some are obviously related to topics for which we have sub-forums. For example, I believe I posted the business challenge in the financial "supplemental income" sub-forum, because I figured people interested in that type of challenge would be more likely to find it there than they would be to necessarily browse through all the village challenges.

So my apologies if I have been scattering challenges willy-nilly throughout FV like a crazed Johnny Appleseed.

No need for any apologies. I completely see why you or anyone would put them in their forum categories. But I'd like to sticky the main group challenges here in the challenge forum, so members that prefer the group environment vs. individual accountability can easily find them. Then the pre-existing, overlapping individual challenges can be regular forum posts or blogs (which is what they are).

Thank you for your help Sara. I admit to getting a bit lost in all the individual peoples' challenges but I really do like the challenges, even the ones I don't post to. I'm inspired and it helps in my 'real' life. Thanks for the great site Sara!

    Sara,

Not sure if this is the one you are looking for, but it is the one I signed up for. Kind of evolved into the gift-a-month challenge....

    2009 Christmas Challenge.

Okay had that one. That's good. LOL

I think I got all the group challenges.

It's overwhelming for new people to understand what's going on. Hoping this helps make sense so they can jump in.
