Why do some people have Smilies that aren't in my Smily list?
There are a few smilies that I've seen in this forum that I'd love to use and aren't showing in my smiley list. Does anyone know why?

Pay off my Line of Credit
$6,977.26 (as of May 28th, 2012)/$17,790.73 (as of Dec. 3rd, 2011)

...In your usercp, on the left hand menu, scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a link called "my smilies."
