How long do...
grilled cheese filled brats stay good in the refrigerator? We grilled them on Friday and I haven't had time to turn them into another meal. Will they be ok to use Monday? TIA!

Yes, you should be fine! There is so many preservatives and fats in those things, they would probably be fine in a week or so even!

They should still be good. We have eaten them a few days later and didn't keel over.

True about all the preservatives. In addition, thay are fully cooked now. If they were fresh when you bought them and not on clearance because of the freshness date, they should be good for at least 5 days. Because of all the fat, you will be able to detect a rancid odor when they go bad. Also, the outside will feel slippery.

I generally used already grilled brats up within 5 days of grilling and haven't had any issues. I like cutting them up and adding them to mac & cheese...
