    You can also post a Wanted thread on your local freecycle group. Also check craigslist. People give stuff away and often sell cheaply there.

    Everything I previously "had my eye out for" is now in my possession. I will now be looking for more canning jars, a meat grinder, and a grain grinder.

    I THINK my brother has my mom's old manual meat grinder. If so, then I will "borrow" it.

    It is SO hot that hubby and I can only stand to hit the garage/estate sales for an hour on two first thing in the morning. We are still experiencing triple digit temperatures with high humidity which sends the heat index up near 110 degrees!

    im looking for sneakers for me and my sons and a low long book shelve and always on look out for shorts for me. now that im in fl i live in shorts yr round! hard to find good ones that actually fit my butt well
