Unless it has been over 90F in your house, I am sure they are fine. I leave eggs out all the time, then return them to the fridge, because I end up not doing the baking project I planned, and I am still up and walking.

How warm in the house? Fresh eggs, like the ones madhen and I would have (meaning straight from the bird) don't actually need refrigeration at all, and can sit on the counter for a few days. Eggs that have been washed need more careful care, but overnight should be fine as long as the temps in the house aren't crazy high.

I have known a few people that bring home store bought eggs, take them out of the carton and set them into wire baskets and leave them on the counter, so really, I odn't think it's a problem.

My first thought was I agreed with the other posters but then had a pause.......think I would eat one (just one) and see how I felt after. I say this as you don't know how the store took care of them before you left them out or even how fresh they were going IN to the store. I would bet that you will be okay but never know....don't mean to scare you, just better SAFER than sorry.
I say this as I had to quit buying eggs at one of our stores here. I got sick everytime I ate them.........not puking sick.....just nauseated and felt yukky. Thought maybe it was just eggs but I quit buying theirs and haven't had any problems since. (thank god as I love eggs) I even wondered if they weren't getting some of those 'recycled eggs' that we heard about.
Yet when I was in England I saw places that had cases of them beside their stove (B & B's) and never once got sick. When I asked one place they said that they went through the whole lot of them almost everyday....so they were 'probably' fresh.

My step-mom never puts her eggs in the fridge. She has a room in her house that stays around 68*-70*. She stores all of her eggs in that room. We've have all been eating them for years that way with no adverse effects.
I would think they will be fine.DD (19)

As long as they have no cracks in them they should be fine at 69 degrees. If you are worried crack one open and if it smells rank toss them.

Some people want them room-temp before baking. I think overnight you're fine!!

I don't trust the store bought eggs to sit out overnight. You never know how they were handled prior to landing in your hands Fresh straight from the bird I think would be ok, I mean I've seen numerous shows with farmers in them with loads of eggs sitting around on their counters.

We always give eggs in question the water test.
Fill a deep bowl with water and eggs,if any egg floats to the top it's not safe to eat. This also tells the age of eggs, by how they sit in the water, on their sides, or straight up and down with on the nose accuracy. An old trick that was used a lot around this way years ago (and some still today) do to lack of ice box. Amish and menonite, my family menonite.
Martha did a camping show about what foods to bring camping with you when you can not bring a cooler. one of those were eggs, she said 24 hrs. out, stored in a shady spot like under a tree were perfectly fine for consumtion.~~~
