Doea anyone know of an organic, bulk dried milk (or milk substitute) product?
I just did some research, found a review discussion for the Mormons. I looked up Morning Moos, etc. and can't find if any of these are organic. Given how many chemicals are fed to cows, it seems like I should be looking for organic as a first requirement.
Also, I really do know the difference between organic and nonorganic milk. If you've ever had Chrome Dairy's milk (and it was available here, briefly) then you'll know what I'm talking about. I have never really LOVED milk. I bought a qt of Chrome Dairy's milk for DH, who was out of town. I drank a glass just to see if it was different. Then drank the entire quart. Did the same thing the next day. He never did get any! (Chrome Dairy is one of the many reasons I would NOT mind living in PA.)
TIA!

I don't believe I've ever seen any in regular grocery stores. Have you checked your nearest Health Food Store?
Here is an online company that sells it:

Look along the left column for 'Milk Powders'.
The largest dried non-fat is a 25# bag.
The largest dried buttermilk is 12 lbs.______

Oh, and I agree---organic milk is WONDERFUL! Tastes like all milk did when I was a kid.
Pricey, but wonderful.______

I called Blue Chip Group and none of the dry milk products they carry, including Morning Moo's, are "organic". I'm waiting for a call back from Whey Milk USA about their product - 1st and Best Whey Milk. I use both of these products on a daily basis.

Hmm. I should change this! Chrome Dairy, from what I can find is hormone free but NOT organic, sigh. Anyway, it was GOOD!
