    Default Adjusting water temp...

I know there must be many people here who have turned down the water temp in their house to save money... I have the opposite issue and need some help. We just bought our home and the previous owners turned the water temp way down when they moved out, so now it's too cold to wash dishes or bathe. Any idea how to adjust the temp up on a oil burner type unit? We don't have a separate water heater, it's just the same unit as for our hot water baseboard heat. I found the manual, but I can't understand it! Help?!

Sorry, have a gas water heater.

Wondering if your neighbors would be able to help you. If the oil burner is typical for your neighborhood bet they would have one too.
Great way to meet the new neighbors too.......

Contact the manufacturer or a company that services your type of unit.

I would check youtube. I always look up instructional videos on youtube before trying anything and so far it's helped me fix my garbage disposal and light my pilot light.

I love the videos, because they are step by step showing you what to do and you can pause, rewind, etc. Good luck!
