    Default homemade sauce or salsa

    I have a ton of tomatoes and I am slicing most of them and dehydrating them.

    I have left over a lot of bits and pieces and want to make something out of them. Like spagetti sauce or salsa. Any suggestions?

    one thing I did make and ate right now was fresh homemade tomato soup.
    Yummy! Now to work on the rest of them.
