Downloading TV from Internet

Hi

I have just gotten in the series Dexter and Australia has just started showing series 3. I actually bought it on DVD on the weekend because it is on at a strange hour and no guarentee it will be on every week. I saw that the new series starts at the end of the month and thought I would like to try and download it. So I have a couple of questions about downloading because I've never done it before. We're not the most internet savvy couple!

Questions
Is it easy to do?
Are some sites better than others?
Do you need to have superfast broadband internet?(We have fairly good broadband)
What about viruses?
Do you have to subscribe to sites to be able to do it?

Any help would be great.

I use a site called hulu.com. We have a moderate cable internet connection, and it works fine for us. I never subscribed, I don't know why you would need to, but there is the option. I don't know if they have that show, but there is an easy search option. There is nothing to download, you watch the shows via "streaming", like you would on YouTube. Hope this helps!

you can download a lot of shows on iTunes for 1.99

Hi

I tried the site but because I'm not in the US I'm not allowed to us it. Something to do with legal issues etc. It did say that they hope to be able to offer it worldwide in the future so I might keep it in mind and check back sometimes.
