Default Is anyone else having issues with the ads

I in no way mean to insinuate they should not be here; but the ones on the right are really frustrating me...

I have eye issues... so I have to optimize the screen to read the forums........ if I make it big enough to get rid of them, I can not see a full screen of the forum text? I have to keep going back and forth to read the text............

top, where they are bottom where they are, maybe middle? just not left or right................

or smaller it is like 2 inches of the same that is at the top and the bottom?

I hope updating the server helps, but I don't think it will make a screen bigger; but I am curious to see how many frugal and I mean most of the true contributors are very frugal; will they pay for an ad free site............to talk? I am very curious to see...how this goes.......

I use FF which has the option of adding ad-block so I don't see any of the ads. Is that an option for you?

Kathy, the ads really don't bother me - hardly even see them (except for the brownie one occasionally). Will not be opting for FV without ads. Can see that they could be a problem for some. Hope you can find some help here to cure the problem - frugally!!

    FF is firefox

You can get an add on for ads. It doesn't block all of them but it does block the ones that jump out and attack you.

I was ready to ban any form of chocolate from the house after some of those.

OMG, I can't believe I asked about Firefox. Lol, that went way over my head and it should be my bed time. I should have known that.

Oooh, I didn't know FF offered this add on. All the ads, and not just here, drive me bonkers anymore. Seriously, I cannot even visit the news sites without those annoying things jumping out at me. Thanks for sharing Yankeemom

The brownie ad on the right of the screen is the problem
    for me sometimes.

I will try to do a search for something, and can type in
what it is I am looking for, but the ad will cover where
I need to hit go or search or whatever it says to start
    the search.

It doesn't always do this, even though it is always there.
Sometimes I will click on search and it will open fully in
    FRONT of the brownie ad.

So it is a problem, but not every time I search. I tried
clicking on the search box to bring it forward in front of
the brownie ad, but that doesn't work.

Just wish I knew why sometimes it is a problem and
    other times it isn't!

I use Mozilla Firefox for a browser and I have the ABP extension. I don't see any ads. Makes for a pleasurable browsing experience.

I will fix the issue with the brownie ad. Could you guys tell me what browser you are using and the resolution your display is set at?
This will help me fix the visuals/functionality.

The ads should not impede on your experience here.

Liked it better when they were on the left of the screen.

I rest my cursor on the right and if that d*** BC ad pops up one more time.....I'll scream!
