    Not sure what you are asking..........

    The reputation is 'earned'........the 'awards' are gained by joining things and usually the person running the challenge/club will request it for you.

    Otherwise........write to Sara and ask for it.

    The reputation is 'given and earned' based on thanked posts. If you go to your user cp, you can see the latest rep you've earned and given.

    Awards are earned based off participation in clubs or submitted by other posters recommendations, etc. They can be requested here: http://www.frugalvillage.com/forums/awards.php
