    Default Water Challenge?

    I'm trying to find if there is a water drinking challenge. I always find it hard to drink the right amount of water during the day. Is there a water challenge OR is there another challenge that includes drinking the recommended water daily?

    I don't have a challenge but when I was drinking alot of water I had to have a schedule.

    I was drinking 100 oz a day.

    before I left the house in the morning 20oz gone

    before 12pm 20oz

    at lunch, 20oz

    before I went home (5pm ) 20oz

    and then the last 20oz with dinner.

    you have to have a schedule or it will be very difficult to actually drink alot of water.

    And when trying to loose weight, the suggested amount is 1/2 your body weight in oz. If you weigh 200lbs, then you need to drink 100oz.

    A schedule is an excellent idea! I read somewhere that if you have a watch that beeps every hour that you should drink a glass of water when you hear it beep. I am deffinately going to start a schedule.

    And don't let the beer talk throw you off. We don't count it as our water goal.

    With my job, I rarely get a chance to drink. I am probably dehydrated most of the time. I have a tiny bladder anyway so I can't drink the recommended amount. That, and I would get too full to eat.

    If you don't like the taste of water, (like me) you can always put some lemon juice in it. I find I drink more water if I do this.
