Could something be lodged under them on the keyboard? Do you have any compressed air to blow around them?
Mind, this is from someone whose expertise extends to (1) turn on the thing, (2) type.Donna

Yeah, my first though is you have crap in the keyboard under those keys. Give it a good shake upside down.

Then there's the not so gentle kick/stomp. It doesn't help the keyboard, but is good for the soul.

Did the shake work? If not, it would be cheaper to buy another keyboard than take it apart and find that there is an electronics problem with it. If you look around, you should be able to get a keyboard from anywheres from $30 down to free (I'm assuming a PC desk top).

Is there something sticky under them? You can try going around them with a q-tip dipped in alcohol.

I had this problem not too long ago and we ended up replacing our keyboard. Have also had the problem where the keys keep popping off....have you had that happen yet? Such fun!

FF you are such a brat!! How did you know I eat at the computer??
This one belongs to the DOE and the lease is up at the end of the month - it's a laptop and has been wonderful for the time I've had it. wonder what they are going to replace these with as we are re_uired by law to keep records, write reports, etc.
