    Default almond milk

I just bought 3 half gallons of almond milk. Can I freeze it? I called the 1-800 number but of course it is Saturday.
    Thanks for any input.

Throw a cup in the fridge overnight and take it out and thaw it in the morning. See how it is at lunch tomorrow.

I freeze homemade almond milk, so you probably can freeze the commercial brands. Did you check the carton for more information, or the web site of the product you purchased?

I like to freeze it in an ice cube tray and then pop them out and vacuum-seal them in a FoodSaver bag. I can take out as many as I need and thaw them overnight in the refrigerator. I like to make Chai using one or two "cubes" (melted).

    Chai:
Steep a bag of spiced tea in 1-2 cups of hot water. Add agave nectar (or honey), cinnamon, cardamom, ginger (to taste) and 1 or 2 melted almond milk cubes.

The lady from AB called on Monday and left a message to not freeze their product because it may separate. However DH has been through all 3 cartons already. He has a problem with too many "things " in the fridge. I told him they were good until at least the first of July.
The next time I get some,I will try to freeze some anyway. I freeze the flavored coffee creamers all the time with no ill effects and they say not to freeze.
