Default how to get dry paint of a ?pergo floor

We painted our sons room and there are dry paint spots on the floor... I know some of them can be scraped up but some look like they were stepped in and spread around the room.. those won't come up with a scrapper...
I have some goof off and could use that but it smells so bad and you really need to open windows. It's really hot here today so I don't want to do that if I don't have to.
I thought maybe someone here had other ideas.
    Thanks!

I would not use anything abrasive on Pergo (magic eraser, etc). I would try alcohol first....(test an unseen area to make sure it doesn't dull the finish) Or go to the Pergo site for cleaning suggestions. . . .

I have no experience with Pergo, but depending on where the spots are...if you can't find a way to get them off without damaging the finish can you cleverly scatter a throw rug or use an area rug to hide them?

This sounds nuts but avon skin so soft has helped me get things off floors in the past. Not sure if it's ok on that floor but it is mild and smells good, lol.

    ALCOHOL! lol
Of all things. It's cheap and it works. I got it from Stinkbug and the pergo website.
Also learned that you shouldn't use anything but water on those floors.. Never a wetjet. hmm, guess I should've read those instructions 3 years ago when I bought the house. lol
Now I know. so I will use nothing but my steam cleaner on them from now on.
