Best places to buy Jr's clothes?
Diva has officially outgrown the 'kids' section. I have been looking online at the prices of Jr's clothing

There HAS to be an affordable alternative to the mall stores - at the rate she is growing, I don't want to invest a small fortune for a few months worth of wear.
Q: Who has the best prices (especially on jeans) ?
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

Other than thrift stores, take advantage of the end of season sales. There should be clearances going on soon. Take a look at you daughters clothing. See what tops and shirts can be worn under a sweater or jacket.
Old navy usually has really good clearance sales. You can probably pick up a couple of pieces that she can mix and match. You can probably sign up to be put on their mailing list so you will know when a good sale is happening.
Last winter I went to Ann Taylor Loft during their clearance sale and was able to buy two pairs of jeans and on pair of cordorouy for a total of $11.
Check with neighbors and friends who may have outgrown clothes.

I did buy about 5 zippered hoodies during the last clearance to wear over her short sleeves. GMTA
She has 5 jeans right now that still fit her, for now. I am hoping she can stay in them until I can find affordable replacements. Luckily it's still warm enough here that she can wear her summer clothes.

malls really arent that evil if you know how to shop them lol
avoiding certain name brand stores like abercrombie is the key.
and i wouldnt buy jeans for a girl without them trying them on first .
i know at times boscovs has had them on clearance for 6.99 a pair
JCP has good deals also
5-7-9 often has good clearance racks ( they start at size 0) as does Deb shop - and Mandy and another junior style shop i forget the name of.
Old navy often has sales and an extra % off in teh sales circular.
i can get jeans cheaper new near me than at thrifts 99% of the time.*~Debbi~*

Kohl's esp. if she is small. My GF used to kick because her kids were small. They give more off w/ their CC and you can pay the charge bill right after the sale at the register. And the clearance racks go to 90%. Also Target has lots of clearance. J.C. penny is another place.

Do you have Gordman's? They have great prices and sales on name brand clothes. My daughter gets most of her jeans and shirts there.
TJMax? Agree with Old Navy too.

No, unfortunately we don't have very much around here. A Kmart and Burlington Coat Factory in town. Bigger names in the mall and centers the next (richer) town over.
I will have to watch the clearance racks, but her growth spurts have no rhyme or time right now. Hopefully whenever she needs more clothes I can find something in her size. She isn't a girly-girl, but she is definitely a jeans and t one.

I've seen some cute Kmart junior clothes here and they seem to clearance them fast.
Don't you just love those growth spurts.

Plato's Closet is a very gently used clothing store and they are in many states. If the next town is good sized they may have one. Caters to Junior size...male and especially female. Everything from purses and shoes to jeans, tees, hoodies and tops.
They have to be brand name and there are some bigger names but the prices are good. Hardly ever find a larger size...they go quick but if there's one reasonably close by it's definitely worth a shot.Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

Study the sales patterns of the local mall stores. Sign up for all the email lists that you can.
I still wear juniors clothes. Because I need a short length pants, I buy most of my jeans at Aeropostale. Right now, everything except clearance in their store is 50% off . If you sign up to be an Aero Outsider, you get a coupon for 10$ off a 50$ purchase. They also have a military discount, but I don't think that applies to you so much.McD

My DD wear's Jr's.
We usually find the best finds at Rue 21 in our local Mall. The clothes are reasonable priced and are trendy.
Target carries some Jr's...they're not too bad.
Wal Mart carries Jr's...that's all I'm gonna say on that subject.
We've also found some really good buys in a couple of our local thrift stores...name brand stuff in really good shape.Wife to DH
