Low shipping cost Bulk Food
I was just wondering in anyone knew of a mail order or online source for bulk foods that has reasonable (okay, I mean cheap) shipping rates. I have ordered from E & S Sales which is located in Shipshewana, IN. Its been quite a few years ago though and don't remember if shipping costs were high. Since I live in Tennessee I thought there might be someplace closer. Does anyone know of such a place?

In general I think just about anything. But most interested in spices, herbs, and anything related to baking. Oh, maybe dried beans as we eat a lot of beans. We do most of our grocery shopping at Aldi especially produce. But there are somethings we get from Kroger, Wal Mart Neighborhood Store, Sam's Club, and a locally owned grocery chain. Hope this helps everyone as when I first posted my question I was very sleepy. Its really deadly for me to be on the computer late at night. I really should just go to bed, but I won't listen to myself.

I buy some dried beans and things from Honeyville grain. I buy my wheat from there also. They ship the whole order for 4.49

There is another place that one time I got shipping for free and the prices were good.
