I ironed religiously when I was in the military. It turned me off to any ironing after I was discharged.
The only time I've used an iron in the last nine years is when I ironed the melamine veneer to the cabinet doors.

I try to put clothes away right out of dryer to avoud ironing. I usually wear a sweater over my shirts, so I iron only what sticks out of the sweater! Also a really quick trick: use your flat iron( hair appliance) and do a once over for your collar. Quick and does a great job!
