Question Ricotta Cheese - Recipes Wanted

I bought ricotta to use in a recipe however dad used all my ingredients for the recipe (except the cheese :lol) before I could set them aside. Now I have the cheese left and no ideas on how I should use it up....I'm drawing a blank for some reason. I'm hoping to find a savory recipe here

    How do YOU use ricotta?

I make ricotta gnocchi. I can't eat the regular gnocchi but this I can eat. Let the dough rest before forming gnocchi.

Here is a link you can use.

Since I can't eat tomatoes I just brown some butter add a little water from the gnocchi and a couple leaves of sage. Very tasty.

I also like eating a scoup of riccota cheese plain with some honey drizzled over it. Always feel like I am eating some high end dessert.

Can use Ricotta in lasagna, ziti, baked spaghetti, cannelloni, homemade ravioli, pizza, and calzones, cabbage rolls, casserole, even cheesecakes and fully loaded scrambled eggs/fritattas/omlettes...although I've not tried those yet....can even stir in a bit in tomato soup, (or other soups), to make it super creamy.
