Couple question please
About the healthy banana cookies the ones that made them did you use sweet or unsweetened apple sauce? And did you use the one minute oats or the whole grain oats?

I would definitely use sweetened applesauce. I made it with HM unsweetened and it seemed to be missing something. I believe I used quick cooking oats.

I made these today, just added a little nutmeg and they were good .

Nishu, here is the recipe for healthy banana cookies,
3 bananas mashed
2 cups uncooked oat meal
1/3 cup applesauce
preheat oven to 350
mash bananas in medium bowl,stir togeather bananas,oatmeal,applesauce,and if desired a splash of vanilla mix well let set 15 min.inrefrigrator.Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet they will not spread like flour cookies so you can take a fork and spread them out much like peanut butter cookies.bake 20 minutes you can also add dried fruit for different taste.

I made these yesterday with unsweetened applesauce and they weren't very good at all. I'm afraid I'm not going to get anyone to eat them. If I make them again I'll have to add some sugar.
