What works best?
I had a lot of chicken tenders so I dipped them all and breaded them and would like to use them for dinner one night next week. Would it be better to bake them now and re-heat them later, or should I freeze them breaded but uncooked, and bake them when I am ready to use them?

I would cook them then freeze on a cookie sheet then place in freezer bag. When ready to eat, take some out and bake. As far as temp and time you could probably find that on a packaged item in the grocery store or google a brand you might eat for directions.

Since you are baking them, I would say cook first then freeze. If you were frying, I would say to wait. Those are my preferences and tastes. Your family may have different taste/texture preferences.

I'd say, either way.
If you'll bake them for the end product, I'd finish them off and put them into the freezer. That way all will be ready in a jif when you need them.Projects in Progress: quilt, bathroom rugs, knitting dishcloths
