Returning items to Rite Aid
A few months ago, I bought two of their Home Design double window fans. I set them up yesterday and the first one out of the box is broken! It doesn't turn on. The second one seems okay but it's very cheaply made and the wires are exposed inside (a design flaw, I think).
I went through all my CC receipts and can't find one for them so I guess I paid cash. Stupidly, I didn't save the receipts
.
I bought them when I saw them on their sale flyer and used two $3 UP Rewards as two separate transactions.
I'm bring them back tomorrow but wonder how they'll treat me?No spend days 2012 93/365

i found this in a google search :
Any non-prescription item can be returned with your receipt for a full refund or an even exchange (except those items excluded by law). If you no longer have your receipt then store credit or an even exchange will then be offered. Returns must be done within 30 days of the receipt.
Also, whenever a return is made without a receipt the amount you will get is based on the lowest sale price of that item within a 30 day period. Whatever that amount is, is what you will be given. If you had your receipt then you would receive the full amount paid.*~Debbi~*
