Old coupons and people in the military
How far back can people in the military use coupons that expire? I remember people being able to still use them for x-amount of months after they expire.

From my family in the military, I was told 6 monts from exp date.

I thought it was a year, went to prove myself right via the commissaries website, but turns out I was wrong. This is only overseas commissaries though, not the ones here in the US.
Commissaries.com - Coupon Use
Commissaries located in foreign overseas areas accept coupons up to six months after the expiration date stated on a coupon.~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~
~The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.~

Yup, 6 months in overseas locations.. I thought I read somewhere that they can be used 6 months past expiration in Alaska and Hawaii too

Does anyone have a way for those of us who coupon, but have some that expire on us to get them to our service members overseas?
