Default Welding repair to cooling rack

I found an old stainless steel home kitchen pot/cooling rack. One of the ring segments is separated and needs to be re-welded. I don't know anyone who welds and it is such a small job. Any ideas who could weld it for me?

Do you know any mechanics, or have one you used regularly? Ask them and they may be able to spot weld it for you.

There should be a welding shop where you live. They would do a small job for not too much.

Sometimes there are other ways to do repairs like that. I can't picture the part you're referring to so can't give any advice, but sometimes things that used to be welded can be bolted together or use other hardware to make the repair.

We have a welding shop... unfortunately, it looks like we are across the country from you!

I'd suggest calling a local Vo-Tech high school or community college. If they have a welding program, I'm sure they'd be happy to do this small job
