I would try going at it with a pin or a needle from the outside, and running hot water through it with the refill bottle.

I have the Vileda Pro Mist Mop version and I've read that this is a common problem with both mops.
A great suggestion was made from what I was reading, buy two bottles and only use one with the cleaning solution and when done, remove the bottle and store upright. Use the second bottle, fill with hot water and pump it through thoroughly to clean out the sprayers so they don't clog up (after each use if you don't use the mop daily)
Another suggestion was microwave some vinegar and put that into your bottle (1/2c worth?) and try to pump that through. If its really clogged, let it sit (bottle still in the mop) and try pumping it through again in 20 minutes allow the vinegar time to eat through the 'clogged' sprayer.
Last resort would be to try to clear the sprayers manually using a pin. Be careful though - don't hurt yourself with the pin or get sprayed in the face from the leftover cleaning solution still in the mop (even though you're not pressing it)2012: The Year Of The Purge!

Thanks for the suggestions! I tried both and it helped some. I'm going to try warm vinegar again to see if I can get it unclogged all the way.
