We love salmon chowder. But the idea of mixing it with sour cream or cream cheese to spread on crackers sounds wonderful!

Canned Salmon over Baked Potatoes is my favorite
Make a white cheese sauce or use Campbels mushroom soup mixed with frozen mixed veggies,,,,carrots, string beans and corn then when cooked at the flaked salmon,,,,,,,mix
open the bake potatoe......first spread liquid over then spoon over the rest
enjoy............If you do not have the baked potatoe....run to Wendys for a dollar
you can also put the mixture in a soup plate with bread on the bottom OR
remove center of a roll and add
drooling,,,yummy

Just made a canned salmon salad with a rice wine mustard vinegrette. Added some olives, pickles, and onion. Turned out good and felt like I was eating healthy for the winter time.
Planning on stocking up again on canned salmon soon.
