    Default How to make polenta

    Does anyone out there know how to make this. I thought I would make some following recipies I found on the web. Anyway it came out lighter than what I have had at a restaurant. I used stoneground yellow cornmeal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am allergic to potatoes so the polenta added to the diet would be a good substitute for me.
