    Default Bread Machine

I am looking for a bread machine. I have seen a few and I am sure which to go with. So I was wondering what you love about yours and what you could do with out?

I love that I found mine in the dumpster for free :-)

Seriously, the best part is the dough setting. I find that if I have it cook in the machine, it doesn't come out as good as if I just have the machine make the dough and bake it in the oven.

I agree with Sara, I love letting mine make the dough and then putting it in the oven! Mine always comes out really hard in the bread maker.

I have rediscoved my bread machine. I used a recipe from America's test kitchen for whole wheat bread. It came out great. Light and sweet. My apartment is pretty cool in the winter so it is great to have. Don't have to worry about letting dough rise.

    Thanks ladies!
My friend told me that I can borrow his for a couple weeks to see how I like it. I am excited for him to drop it off.

If you decide to get on check the thrift stores, freecycle or craigslists. There are always lots of them at my salvation army store in like new condition.
