    Thumbs up Cookmiser?

Has anyone read/seen the book "Cookmiser" by R. J. Lavigne?
I've had this book for several years and am just amazed everytime I look through it.
The first section tells you how to shop and cook to maximize your grocery bill and your time in the kitchen. It has various sections like many variations of egg meals, rice based meals, potato based meals, etc. It is not vegetarian, but uses meat sparingly to get the most for your dollar. It even tells how to make soda and various "fast-food" items. I don't know if I could be this disciplined, but it sure is an inspirational book!

Thanks for the heads up. Am going to look for that book. You can never have enough information on meals.
